Can you find a product from an image?
Yes. An image can be a starting point. Intended use, dimensions, material, quantity and customisation help narrow the search and compare products more accurately.
Is there one minimum order quantity?
Quantities depend on the product, factory, customisation and material. Supplier requirements are explained with the options and quotations; there is no assumed minimum for all products.
Can I request a sample before production?
Samples can be coordinated according to availability and development requirements. Sample cost, shipping, timing and whether it represents the final product are clarified before approval.
Can I request research only?
Research and comparison can be scoped independently or combined with samples, purchasing and follow-up. The proposal identifies the activities and deliverables included.
Can you coordinate my branding and logo on a product?
We coordinate customisation with the factory according to materials, printing methods and production requirements. We need design files and your right to use them; samples or specifications are reviewed before production.
How is a sample approved?
Dimensions, colours, finishing and packaging are reviewed, feedback is collected and approval documented. Clear approval helps reduce differences between expectations and production requirements.
Can specifications change after production starts?
This depends on the stage and work already completed. Changes may affect cost, timing and feasibility; their implications are reviewed with the factory before approval.
How does supplier assessment differ from product inspection?
Supplier assessment concerns information, capabilities, documents or premises within scope. Product inspection concerns goods, specifications and required checks. Each has different outputs and limits.
Does HAO perform quality inspections itself?
The executing party depends on the service and project. HAO defines what it handles directly and what it coordinates with specialists. The report identifies its issuer.
What happens when an inspection identifies issues?
Findings are collected and discussed with the client, supplier and executing provider, then agreed actions are followed. Remediation, reinspection or shipping decisions depend on the case and scope.
Do quotations include shipping, customs and conformity?
Only expressly listed items are included. Transport, clearance, duties, insurance and conformity may be separate and should be clear before approval.
Can orders from several suppliers be consolidated?
Consolidation can be considered according to supplier locations, goods readiness and nature and the executing provider. Cost, timing and responsibilities are defined in the proposal.
Do you arrange factory and exhibition visits?
We coordinate a programme based on objectives, cities, dates and target organisations. Appointments are confirmed with the parties, and included interpretation, transport and accommodation are specified.
Are accommodation, transport and interpretation included?
These can be coordinated within the visit programme. The proposal specifies service level, days, included items and provider costs before bookings are confirmed.
Do you guarantee visa approval or meeting appointments?
Decisions and availability belong to the competent authorities and relevant parties. We coordinate requirements and available appointments within scope without guaranteeing another party’s decision or acceptance.
How do you help Chinese companies enter Saudi Arabia?
We understand products and objectives, define the commercial route and desired partner or customer, then research and organise information, contact, meetings and follow-up within the agreement.
Do you search for Saudi distributors or partners?
We help define suitable criteria, identify candidates, review available information and coordinate meetings. Progress depends on fit, willingness and cooperation terms.
Do you negotiate or sign on the company’s behalf?
We coordinate communication and help clarify requirements and commercial negotiations within scope. Additional representation or signing authority requires a separate arrangement and is not implied by a service enquiry.
Do you guarantee a partner or sales?
We commit to the agreed activities and deliverables. Partnerships and sales depend on product, price, fit and counterpart decisions and are not guaranteed outcomes.
Does Saudi market entry include company incorporation?
The published service focuses on research, coordination and commercial support. Incorporation, licensing or other professional services are scoped separately with appropriate providers before any commitment.
Can I submit in Chinese and communicate through WeChat?
You may submit in Chinese and include your WeChat ID or preferred contact number. Follow-up is arranged with the team according to the service and suitable communication method.
How do you determine fees and timing?
By service type, scale, deliverables, participating providers and timing. After reviewing the information, the proposal sets cost, estimated duration, assumptions and included items.
Can several services be combined?
Yes. Related services can be combined, such as factory search, samples, production follow-up, inspection and shipping coordination, or partner research, a visit and meeting follow-up.
How can I understand HAO’s role and the partner’s role?
The scope identifies each service’s executing party, HAO’s responsibility and counterpart obligations. Published cases identify HAO, MTS, Ramo and any other participating provider’s roles.
How do I follow up after submission?
A confirmation and reference appear after the enquiry is saved. Keep the reference and follow up using the contact details provided. Submission does not start paid execution before scope is agreed.
What should I attach to the first enquiry?
A clear description and product image or specifications, a company profile and catalogue, or visit objectives and dates are sufficient. Start with available information and clarify necessary details later.
Can project information be shared with others?
Coordination may require necessary information to be shared with Saudi and China staff or relevant providers within the scope and displayed Privacy Policy. Do not attach personal or sensitive information unnecessary for initial assessment.
